Senior Occupational Therapist – (CDNT)
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Occupational Therapist to join the Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT) in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people with disabilities by providing high-quality, family-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for children with complex needs.
- Lead and support junior staff and students through supervision and mentoring.
- Collaborate closely with families, carers, and multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in service development initiatives and contribute to quality improvement within the team.
Requirements:
- CORU registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience, with at least 1 year in paediatrics or disability services.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
