Senior Occupational Therapist
Our client is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist for their leading HSE-approved mental health facility located in Dublin 4.
Medforce are looking for experienced Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with mental health needs. The Senior OT will work closely with service users, families, and clinical colleagues to support recovery-focused interventions and promote independence and well-being.
Essential Requirements:
- CORU registration
- A minimum of three years post-qualification experience, with at least three years in a mental health setting (preferably)
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of current best practices in mental health occupational therapy
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Desirable Experience:
- Involvement in service development or quality improvement initiatives
- Supervision or mentoring of junior staff or students
