Senior Dietitian

Medforce are seeking a Senior Dietitian to join an Early Supported Discharge ICPOP Team, a specialist Older Persons service based in Naas.
About the Role:
As a key member of this Integrated Care Programme for Older Persons (ICPOP) team, you will:
- Deliver high-quality nutritional care to older adults across Kildare West Wicklow, supporting early discharge from acute settings and promoting health and independence in the community.
- Provide satellite clinic services and domiciliary visits, working closely with service users in their own homes.
- Contribute actively to a multidisciplinary team (MDT) approach, engaging in regular MDT meetings and collaborative care planning.
- Apply your clinical expertise to manage a diverse and complex caseload while supporting team development and service improvement.

Requirements:
- CORU registration as a Dietitian.
- Minimum three years’ post-qualification clinical experience, with at least one year in a relevant area such as older persons, community care, or acute discharge planning.
- Demonstrated experience in MDT working and autonomous clinical practice.
