About the Role
As a key member of the CDNT, you will provide expert assessment, intervention, and support to children and their families. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered care tailored to the unique needs of each child.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services, including assessment, goal-setting, and intervention.
- Support children in developing functional skills to enhance their participation in daily activities.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create individualized care plans.
- Provide clinical leadership within the team and mentor junior staff.
- Contribute to service development and innovative care delivery.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: BSc/MSc in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
- Registration: CORU registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience, with expertise in paediatrics or disability services.
- Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
