Onboarding Specialist

We’re looking for an Onboarding Administrator to support the onboarding process for new starters and help keep employee documentation accurate and up to date.
This is a practical admin role that suits someone who is organised, steady, and comfortable working with files, forms, and systems. You’ll be managing paperwork, keeping records in order, and making sure everything is stored correctly.
What you’ll be doing

Preparing and sending onboarding documents to new starters

Checking returned documents are complete and filed correctly

Organising employee files and maintaining clear folder structures

Updating trackers and internal systems with correct information

Following up on missing paperwork when needed

Supporting the wider team with general onboarding admin tasks
What we’re looking for

Previous admin experience (onboarding/HR admin is a bonus, but not essential)

Good attention to detail and an organised way of working

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Comfortable handling documents and confidential information

Clear communication and good follow-through
