Occupational Therapist
Medforce are currently hiring an Occupational Therapist for a dynamic, patient-centered Primary Care Team in Sligo Town.
As an Occupational Therapist within our client’s Primary Care Team, you will play a vital role in supporting iadults of all ages to live independently and participate fully in everyday life. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work as part of a well-established, supportive multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess and support clients with a wide range of needs including physical, sensory, and cognitive difficulties

Develop and implement individualised intervention plans

Provide home visits, where necessary, to assess environmental needs and facilitate adaptations

Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to promote health and well-being

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with HSE guidelines
Essential Requirements:

CORU Registration
-
Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
-
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
-
Full driver’s licence and access to own transport (essential for community visits)
Desirable:
-
Experience working in a primary care or community setting
