Occupational Therapist
Medforce are delighted to have partned with one of the most prestigeous hospitals in Ireland to recruit a Staff Grade Occupational Therapist for an ongoing contract based in Navan, County Meath.
Our client operates a 100+ bedded facility offering general acute hospital services to the Meath catchment area, along with a Regional Elective Orthopaedic service.
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a well-established and supportive team of experienced OTs, delivering high-quality care to patients in a busy, dynamic healthcare setting.
This is a full time, 35 hour week spread across Monday – Friday with excellent benefits including free onsite parking, incremental HSE pay-scale, generous annual leave entitlement and CPD opportunties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement occupational therapy interventions for a diverse patient caseload.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and independence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with hospital protocols.
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing professional development activities.
Requirements:
- A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- CORU registration is essential
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
