Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each resident’s unique needs.
- Assist residents in improving and maintaining daily living skills, mobility, and cognitive functions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support.
- Engage residents in therapeutic activities that enhance their quality of life.
- Provide ongoing support and education to residents, families, and caregivers.
Qualifications:
- CORU registration
- Bachelor’s in occupational therapy
- Experience working with adults, preferably in a residential care or similar setting.
- Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and execute individualized therapy plans.
