Medforce is a rapidly growing recruitment business in the Healthcare sector. and we need a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our marketing initiatives across various channels. As a Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our commercial objectives, driving revenue growth and maximising profitability.
Role Purpose:
Reporting to our Head of Group Marketing, you will play a crucial role in the growth and expansion of our business. You will work closely with senior management and other team members to develop and implement marketing strategies that directly contribute to our commercial success. Your focus will be on driving revenue, increasing market share, and optimising profitability through effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Role Description:
As a Marketing Executive with commercials focus, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that have a direct impact on our bottom line. Your expertise in driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability will be key in achieving our business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to ensure that our marketing efforts are closely aligned with our commercial objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that align with company objectives and target audiences.
- Manage content creation and distribution across multiple platforms, including social media, blogs, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Maintain the company’s website content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the company’s brand identity.
- Execute and optimise search engine marketing campaigns, including SEO and PPC, by performing keyword research, analysing website performance, and making recommendations for improvement.
- Create, manage, and optimise paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions. Additionally, oversee the organic social media presence by creating engaging content, monitoring user interactions, and analysing performance metrics.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using analytics tools to ensure marketing efforts are effective and aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive lead generation and conversion through effective marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and uncover growth opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep the company competitive in the marketplace.
Requirements:
Technical Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing or advertising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with social media marketing on various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Familiarity with WordPress and basic knowledge of HTML.
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Fathom Analytics, Matomo, Piwik, etc.)
- Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop is desirable.
