About Us:
Our client is dedicated to supporting children with developmental disabilities through evidence-based therapeutic interventions. They are seeking a compassionate Behaviour Therapist to provide direct, one-on-one therapy using Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) techniques.
The Behaviour Therapist will deliver direct, one-on-one therapeutic interventions to children with disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, and other behavioural challenges. Using principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), the Behaviour Therapist will implement evidence-based interventions to support skill development, behavioural regulation, and social-emotional growth in children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide behaviour therapy to children in home, school, or community settings.
- Implement individualized behaviour plans (BIPs) designed by supervisors.
- Track and report progress on behavioural goals.
- Collaborate with families and teams to support each child’s development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Knowledge of ABA principles; RBT certification is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
